Eclipse, a new choreographic work by Lucie Palazot, brings together four performers on stage and combines musical and scenographic creation. It unfolds an intimate, dreamlike universe centered on a reflection on the present moment, which she defines as a mysterious beauty—at once subtle, fragile, and infinite.
In a world where hyper-connectivity and constant stimulation fragment our attention and isolate us, Eclipse questions the way we experience the present moment, and more specifically the attention we give to it. The piece invites the audience into an intimate reflection: am I free to lose myself in a moment and, together with others, rediscover a sense of wonder?
“The creation of Eclipse stems from the desire to offer the audience an experience that is both sensory and poetic, where we collectively seek to stop time and grasp the beauty of the present moment.” — Lucie Palazot

The universe of René Magritte is a strong source of inspiration for the creation of the world in which the four performers will be immersed from the first section, developed in 2026 and entitled “The Match.”
The black-and-white photographs of Berenice Abbott inspire the emergence of the eclipse, which will appear in the second section, developed in 2027 and entitled “Time of the Eclipse.”
